INTRODUCTION
It’s been said that a picture is worth a thousand words. Within that simple phrase we realize multi-faceted concepts can be conveyed by a single still image. This image conveys its meaning or essence
more effectively than a multitude of words. I believe there is a calling from God to accomplish
such a task, and very few people carry that assignment as well as Debbie Bohi.
Put a camera in Debbie’s hand and you will not only be captured by the beauty of a photo, but her pictures release a sense of God’s presence. Whether it’s a snapshot of a wild animal, the stunning beauty
of a mountain, or the fine details of a flower, her pictures communicate the nature of God’s
goodness. This small devotional is but a sampling of her calling and talent.
For several months now, Debbie would send our ministry team various photographs. Sometimes she
would post them on Facebook and other times her pictures were emailed to us. As I studied
these photos, it was as if God was speaking through them and revealing something
of His heart and nature. I expressed to Debbie the idea of writing a short devotional
thought to accompany her pictures and she graciously agreed.
These devotionals are not lengthy for the simple reason that the pictures themselves communicate
an aspect of God’s character. Each of these breathtaking photographs will take you on a journey
of discovery through God’s Word, His creation, His love and His desires for your life.

My prayer is that you will be captured by what you see, read, and experience, and you’ll
encounter the nature of God in a new way.

Have you ever thought about a mountain range being shaken in such a manner that they no longer exist?
That thought almost seems ridiculous. Standing at the foot of a majestic mountain, as it towers into the sky, you realize that virtually nothing could reduce the mountain to little more than pebbles. Yet, Isaiah chooses this image for emphasis.
Compare that thought to the love of God and you can begin to grasp how deep and wide His unfailing love for you is.
Maybe, just maybe, a mountain could be shaken, but this fact remains: God’s love for you will never be shaken.
His love for you will outlast anything. There is nothing that you can do that will make Him love you more or love you less.
His love is simply unfailing. The word “unfailing” means not to cease, depart, remove, or to be taken away.
God’s love for you is so certain that He made this promise. A promise in the Old Testament is called a covenant, and
a covenant refers to a binding agreement that stands for all eternity between two parties. He has offered a covenant of unfailing love to every man and woman. Have you accepted His offer of unceasing love? If so, describe your experience.
