DESKTOP USERS
UPDATE/CHANGE/REMOVE METHOD OF PAYMENT
STEP ONE
In your DESKTOP web browser, go to the Becoming Love Ministries website and click on the "Giving" icon at the top of the page.
STEP TWO
At the top-right of the screen, click on the "Log in" button/link.
IF YOU ARE ALREADY LOGGED IN:
You will see this:
IF ALREADY LOGGED IN:
Click on the face button, select "profile" and skip to STEP EIGHT.
Otherwise, proceed to the next step.
STEP THREE
When you click "Log in", follow the on-screen instructions and enter your mobile number in the box provided.
After entering your mobile number, click the "Next" button.
STEP FOUR
You will be sent a 6-digit code to verify it's you via text message.
Enter the 6-digit code sent in the text message into the box provided.
Click the "Next" button to continue.
STEP FIVE
Choose "Give" and continue to the next step.
STEP SIX
Click on the profile button.
STEP SEVEN
Click "Profile" to access your payment method area.
STEP EIGHT
UPDATE CREDIT CARD
Click the "My Giving" button if you need to update CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
UPDATE PERSONAL INFO
Click the "Edit" button to change or update your PERSONAL INFORMATION.
STEP NINE
TO REMOVE A METHOD OF PAYMENT:
To remove a specific card (expired, changed #, etc.) click on the red "x" to remove it from your account.
TO ADD A NEW METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Click on the "Add payment method" button.
