MOBILE USERS
UPDATE/CHANGE/REMOVE METHOD OF PAYMENT
STEP ONE
In your mobile web browser, go to the Becoming Love Ministries website and click on the "Giving" icon at the top of the page.
STEP TWO
At the top-right of the screen, click on the 3 horizontal lines (this is the mobile menu).
Click "Log in"
IF YOU ARE ALREADY LOGGED IN:
You will see your name with "Profile" underneath.
Click on "Profile" and skip to STEP SIX.
STEP THREE
When you click "Log in", follow the on-screen instructions and enter your mobile number in the box provided.
After entering your mobile number, click the "Next" button.
STEP FOUR
You will be sent a 6-digit code to verify it's you via text message.
Enter the 6-digit code sent in the text message into the box provided.
Click the "Next" button to continue.
STEP FIVE
This should be the next page you see--
Choose "Profile" and continue to the next step.
STEP SIX
Click on "My Giving" to access your payment method area
STEP SEVEN
Once you arrive at the "Ways to Give" page, scroll down until you see your payment method listed.
TO REMOVE A METHOD OF PAYMENT:
To remove a specific card (expired, changed #, etc.) click on the red "x" to remove it from your account.
TO ADD A NEW METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Click on the "Add payment method" button.
STEP EIGHT
Choose your new method of payment type and follow the on-screen instructions to add your new information.
Click "Add Payment Method" to complete the update process.
